planning 8 pound oven stuffer on 14.5 WSM

My wife asked me if I wanted to do a chicken this weekend, I said of course!

She went down to the basement freezer and brought up Moby Chicken! The great white chicken!

This thing is 8 pounds! The issue? There will only be 2 of us this weekend as my middle son is going to New Hampshire hiking, the youngest son works and I think my oldest who is married won't be over

That is enough chicken for an army!

Cook it then vacuum seal the rest, thats what I always do when I smoke a 14lb butt for my wife and I.

Yes, I guess you can never have too much meat, and I recently picked up a vacuum sealer so I will go that route!
