Pizzas on the Kettle

Enjoyed some wood fired pizzas with the family for dinner.

I was very happy with how it turned out. Used a very simple recipe from the NY Times that I made just 6 hours prior and I was able to get the thin crust I wanted.
 
Looks good. I love my KP attachment. How did the calzone turn out? Any different cooking method then a regular pizza?
 
The calzone was good, I cooked the back of the Calzone first, and all the way to the back edge of the stone. Then once its charged on the bottom edge I rotated, until it started bubling mozzarella from the sides.

I did a rolled Calzone also and it was delicious.

I love the KP attachment as well.

I actually broke my tombstone moving it and reached out to KP for a replacement and they hooked me up with a special price since their Amzn price was much higher than their advertised price on their website. They have excellent customer service, so happy.

I will be purchasing from them again soon for my dads Xmas gift.
