Made some pizza dough today with a new dough recipie. The dough was good but didn't turn out the way I expected. I think because the towel I had covering the dough was dry; forgot to dampen it. Oh well. I'll try this recipie again and see if I get different results.

1st pie. White pizza (no sauce). Truffle goat cheese, ricotta, fontina, mozzarella & pecorino romano.

And for something different, a cheese burger pizza. Mustard, ketchup, hamburger, mozzarella, cheddar, pickles

Don't know what the problem was but that plate of pizza look great. I think that we are all our own worst critics. How did everyone else like that pizza? Bet they loved it.

I liked all of them. My wife just didn't like the white pizza because it had goat cheese on it and she doesn't like goat cheese; I knew that but thought I could get my little girls to like it. Well, they don't like goat cheese either. The little girls always like my cheese pizza and they liked the margarita pie I made. They didn't want to try the cheeseburger pizza. Surprisingly to me, the cheeseburger pie tasted good. I was going to put some shredded lettuce and dice tomatoes to it but I was tired, so that didn't happen. I was suprised my wife liked the cheeseburger pizza. I do have a lot of leftovers.
