I'm planning on cooking my first pizza on my WSM today, but i don't have a BGE grid extender or a pie pan. what i do have is the old Brinkmen pans, so i was going to set the stone on one and use foil to space the it up a bit.
so my question is, what setups (other than the one in the cooking section) do you use for cooking pizza? pic's of results, cooking temps, and cooking times would be useful too.
