Wow those look great!
My girlfriend is Polish and Slovak and once a year her family comes over for pirogi making day. There is usually 7 of us in the kitchen in assembly line fashion cranking out dozens of these babys. We've never thought to grill them though. I just checked the notes, we made 87 DOZEN of them last year of various fillings
Everyone leaves with a good supply for the freezer and they usually get warmed in a frying pan with lots of butter YUM
