Picnic Shoulder

Hi everyone,
My first shoulder tonight, into tomorrow is an 11+ pound picnic cut. I noticed the label stated injected up to 10%. I went with no salt in the rub, but can always add it if it would help to have a small amount.
Will the fact that it is injected have an effect on the cooking time, or is it the same general estimated time as I see referred to on the different posts?
I'm going with a full ring, Minion start, center cavity loaded with 25 lit, and then spread a few lit on the top, and 3 fist size pieces of hickory.
Going to try and figure my new Maverick, haven't opened it yet, should be helpful. Let me know on the injecting effect.
 
It shouldn't affect the cook time. Every chunk of meat is different for how long it takes for it to be tender anyways.
