My wife and kids ordered me a WSM 22.5" for Father's Day and after patiently waiting my local Weber dealer called saying it had arrived. Picked it up on Friday morning and had it put together in no time. Much larger than I had anticipated ! Added a set of 3" locking casters thus far and plan on adding an external thermometer next. First cook on it yesterday with Kingsford Blue and applewood chunks. I did 5 racks of ribs and it worked great. Cut them into 1/2 racks with 5 on the upper rack and 5 on the lower. It held the temperature well and the ribs where great.
