And it is a monster! The burners are in remarkably good shape. It was full of rust bits from the grates degrading over the years and there was a fresh mouse nest in it, but after a quick shop vac cleaning it looks relatively solid. The grates are shot, other that the two "shelves" in the oven side. No regulator as it was hooked up to the house directly. The old woman said her and her husband got it the late sixties or early seventies if she remembered correctly, and that it was "$400 something" and I would believe it. Seems quite heavy built. The only thing I can really see is that the divider between the two halves must have been subjected to a grease for at one point that warped it, but everything looks like it will still function correctly. Not sure how quickly I'll get to it, but I would at least like to see it back in working condition, whether I keep it or pass it along. No date codes or model number that I can find.
