Thanks! These were frozen spareribs taking up space in my freezer since Memorial Day. Actually, they didn't turn out too bad considering these came in frozen 10 pound boxes for $9.97. I see these Danish ribs from time to time at our local markets but have heard they were not so good from the BBQ'ing community.
