hmm, I looked a long time and never found this. Seems like finding the trade name AmesPhos makes a big difference. I actually found a brisket pastrami recipe online that incorporates it into the brine. Seems like exactly what I'm looking for, something I can incorporate into my own injections and brines. Every time I look at the ingredients list for FAB, I want to cringe.
