Phew its been HOT!

Its been Hot! So most all of our cooking has been done outside. Our last outing we went bottom fishing and ended up with a nice catch of fish. I pulled out a hunk of lingcod and originally was going to grill it. But instead I decided to make lingcod piccata. Used the CI on the side burner of the Gasser. Was an excellent meal.

We also stopped at the Great Oregon Steam up. It's a pretty cool venue held the last weekend of July and the first weekend of August. Its an antique tractor show and engine show. Hundreds of tractors of all kinds. Big swap meet, steam powered sawmill, and then on the grounds are several museums (trucking, fire fighting, logging, old car, caterpillar).

Its been Hot!

I second that!!!! Nice looking catch Case. Haven't had any Ling Cod in years. I sure love it though. Oregon has some of the coolest events, seems like every weekend. Bet your son enjoyed the tractor show. We went the the Salem Winter Brewfest a few years back and had a great time.
