Performer VS. Gasser

It doesn't take that much longer to use charcoal. I use my Performer or OTS for grilling. I haven't used my Genesis in almost 2 years.

I prefer charcoal over gas, i dont mind setting it up to cook. While the charcoal is lighting I go inside and prep the food and by the time I come out the coals are just about ready to cook over. Once you get in this habit you dont even notice the setup time.
