Pepper Stout Beef


 
Looking good. This is such a good recipe. Last time I did this was for a party and we had the pulled beef and veg on small ciabatta buns. And they were killer with a bit of gorgonzola cheese on them.
 
Yea, I have ciabatta buns, aged swiss, and horseradish waiting to go when this is done. The problem now is that I still have 1.5 hours or so and the smell is driving me insane....
