Here is me hoping the pineapple comes out great, I also hope your taco is pork, onion, cilantro, and pineapple.
With a touch of either homemade salsa, of awesome hot sauce.
I lately have been using Valentina hot sauce.....it’s pretty much made for tacos.

It is more like a taco sauce that anything else. I usually top all flavor of tacos with it.
I thought I seen a Valentina's bbq joint in that there Texas top 50.....
Not sure if they have anything to do with each other......the dude has it tatted on his arm and everything.
