The oldest son is almost officially out so we might have room at the inn. @DanHoo did make first application request a few months back though. Must process apps in the order they’re received

start here. this is a solid version of how to cook amazing lamb shanks. and it's not complex.

I know how to braise them just curious as to how YOU did them.
I think I might have a couple of shanks in the freezer…maybe for next week?
I try to clean as I go too, my niece stepped up and kicked me out of the kitchen so she did the dishes.
I just have to finish putting things away.
Oh, and take the dining room table to the furniture guy, while removing the leaves, one leg array let go! The repair isnt too hard for someone that has a full shop and tooling. I have neither. So, professional will be called upon for this. My cabinet maker buddy is way too busy to fit this one in, I don’t mind. The guy I’m taking it to did a fabulous job on an old “Lobby chair” I inherited from my brother after he died. He’s a nice guy, it will be nice to see him.
