This my second time making Paella so don't beat me up if it is not authentic. I still have not found the right Spanish Chorizo locally and I burnt the outside of what I used, but the whole dish tasted really good!

This looks really good! I can't wait for spring!!

Ok a few questions, that's an 18" pan? How much rice did you use? How much water?

Thank you

I dunno man. That looks pretty good!
I'd never had paella before I made it. I don't know if mine tastes like classic paella, but it sure tastes good,so I keep getting asked to make it!

Yes its an 18" pan I bought on Amazon. 2 1/4 cups of Mahatma Valencia short grain rice and 4 cups of Chicken Broth, no water. I added all 4 cups at once after stirring the rice in. I accidently posted duplicate piks showing adding broth.
