Decided to give our niece and her husband their first grill…our 2005 Weber Summit 450, which should serve them well for years to come. We replaced it on our patio with a Genesis 1000 that Jeff Gaylord at Independence Porcelain Enamel re-enameled the lid to Glen Blue.

It has some rusty “mouse bites” like other Summit 450’s. I wish there was a replacement panel made that I could have replaced it with before gifting it.
