Glenn sorry to bump an old thread but your recipe was recommended to me. This is exactly what I want to do one of these Saturday nights. I have a few questions if i may.

When did you put the thighs is in? Last hour or so?
Did you cook with just a foiled water pan no water? If you run no water do I need to put anything in the pan?
Your ribs look like they did not get sauced or foiled is that correct.

Gee thanks for the comments and the inquiry's. I don't quite cook like that anymore but.... Nothing but a empty foiled pan and no foil for the ribs, just cooked until tender. I put the thighs on for about 2hrs total.
