Posting this since I know some members now have a bag of this stuff sitting around between bacon cures.
I've made the chops, CB, and corned beef, and they all turned out great.
And I've made the salami using venison, and beef.
Just leave out the liquid smoke, and smoke cook in on your Weber of choice.
