Orange glazed drummers with Frank's and cherry

Took some drummers and did a counter marinade of lemonade and Frank’s.
Put them on performer with a dash of an all purpose rub I make and some cherry .Just let them go indirect until I get the color I like. Usually about 35-40 minutes at about 375Hit them with an Orange and soy glaze and watched as my kids destroyed them!

Just had some leftovers! All the flavors melded together well. No flavor dominated but there was a nice hint of Frank’s but it was not hot at all. The lemonade was a nice touch to cut some of the spice and give some sweetness. I will probably go heavier on the Frank’s next time.
