I've been driving past what appears to be a Used Pit Dealer for the last year. They have several rows of trailer mounted smokers arranged along the side of busy Hwy 401 just south of Raleigh. I never have gotten around to stopping, but today I noted the name of the business and checked out their website.
It turns out that Pig Cookers by Ralph is part of Go Slow Towing, and builds mostly propane fueled whole hog cookers. They also offer some smokers, but that doesn't appear to be their main business.
