A few weeks ago I placed an order for a One Grill Electric Rotisserie Motor Via Amazon.Com which was damaged in shipment. I then sent a direct Email message to One Grill with a couple of photos showing the damaged Motor. I received a quick response from Brian of their Customer Service addressing my concern in which a replacement Rotisserie Motor arrived the other day in good condition and I did not have to return the damaged unit. Although this Motor was sent by One Grill at no additional cost I did have to pay Costa Rican Custom Duties.
