One rack of ribs this weekend

Hi,

I posted this in the bbq'ing forum but realized this was probably a better place. My fiancee made these ribs on the 1880. It was ran with water since we didnt have a thermometer to monitor the heat. Enjoy!

Yeah, I've done three in it once and it's a VERY tight fit. I crowned two racks on a SJ grate at the top, slid the WSM grate to water pan with two half slabs flat.
 
i totally missed this line, "My fiancee made these ribs on the 1880"
i'm lookin' at these ribs....

You have more self restraint than I do. I have to do 2-3 racks whenever I do ribs. Besides, I love the leftovers! Yours look delish!
