One electrode not firing

I have a Genesis II natural gas grill with 2 years on it. My igniter works (and has a new battery), but only the left electrode works properly. The middle electrode fires fairly consistently, but does not ignite the gas, and the right electrode only fires sporadically.
Suggestions?

Yah, clean up the elctrodes and areas around them. Also, if they are like the ones on the Older generation E3xx grills, the little ceramic igloos should move forward and back a little and sometime a little adjusting of them gets the electrode in the right spot.

I would call Weber customer service and they will probably send you a new one under the 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Then try all the ideas above and if they don’t work at least you have a new one on the way. If they do work, you have a spare for when the module does fail.
