One cut of each....

If you could only choose one cut or type from each of the following to eat for the rest of your life, what would they be and why? How would you prepare the top three?
1.Beef
2.Pork
3.Fish
4.Fowl
5. Exotic

Mine would be: Any Kobe cut for beef, babybacks for pork, fresh tuna steaks for fish, chicken (just can go wrong with this bird), and buffalo as an exotic. Never had either Kobe or buffalo but I'd like to try them.
 
Rob,

1. Rib-eye steak (best balance of taste and tenderness)
2. Shoulder blade pork steak (rockin' good flavor and cheap!)
3. Wild salmon fillets (easy to cook and really healthy)
4. Quail (love sucking the meat off those little bones)
5. Buffalo rib-eye (like beef with the volume turned up high)

Any of those I'd grill over a hot mesquite fire.
