I have a bit of an embarrassing problem. No...not THAT problem.

I put BBB cure on a pork loin and put it in the fridge and left it. (*read forgot about it) its now been about 2 months.

Is it ok to smoke, pan fry and eat, or should i throw it out and try again?

The super easy answer is just toss it.

If you used nitrates or nitrites it's probably fine.

Otherwise, if you want a subjective opinion:

What kind of cure, pls list ingrediants. What temp was it cured at?

General: does it smell bad? slice off 1/4", fry it taste it, how does it taste?
