Followed the recipe for the oak smoked standing rib roast toay, what a hit with the family. I don't know if my roast looked as good as the one in the picture, on this web site, pretty darn close, but it surely tasted great. First time i did a standing rib roast, i can't believe it came out so good. Thanks for the recipe, and Merry Christmas to All. John
