Can anyone point me to a link or give me pointers on a NY roast on a rotisserie over charcoal? I imagine it's mostly the same as a rib roast. I'm doing the NY mainly cause it's cheaper and leaner. Thanks folks!
Check out Mike Vrobel's website, lots of different rotisserie recipes. He has one for a strip roast but its done on a gasser and a few different rib roasts as well.
