Hello everyone. Tonight we grilled some New York Steaks for the family.

Started by marinating them in McCormick Meat Marinade. This is simple but its really good stuff and we have used it off and on for years. Give it a try!

Put then on direct heat for about three minutes a side and then on to indirect for nine more minutes, turning once and basting with the marinade.

Cooked some vegis in my new weber grill pan with holes in the bottom. It did an awesome job.

And finally warmed some bread, then plated with some terrific baked potatoes that Kim cooked in the oven. Also had a packaged Ceaser's salad and a little shrimp cocktail. I forgot to include the bread in the plate but it was good.

Everything was delicious. Thanks for looking and have a great Friday!

Nice.

We've used McCormick marinade on tough stew meat before. Cut into cubes and Marinade overnight. Makes great kabobs!

Steaks and veggies look great. Way to sneak in a shrimp cocktail there! Didn't see that coming as a side. :)
