On stubhub (3rd party reseller), there is one enterprising soul who is selling a 500 level seat for $130,000.

For a regular season game. I like going to the ball game as much as anyone but ..........

I agree that's nutz. ...but... If there is demand there will be a supply. Value is in the mind of the buyer. It would be really crazy if they sold.

Back when I was a pip squeak the company I used to work for gave me tickets (~25-35 rows behind the backboard) to the final game of the Bulls vs Jazz (~97-99...2 different seasons). I took the old man (my dad) to both of the playoffs...I took my friends to plenty others but these were kind of special. We thought about selling them for around $800 each but had no quick takers just lowballs as we were walking in.

I've never been one to care about watching sports (play<ed> plenty) but it was fun. I enjoy watching live sports in person.....I don't follow them well but I enjoy drinking & BSing.
