No Rice Cakes Today....

Another beautiful day in Raymond Wisconsin...

grilled up everything butt no fancy-dancy rice cakes...
added some # 5 sauce to the grilled breasts of "she-cone"....
...and after the fingerlings and beans and peppers and roasted garlic was all ready to eet, ... ok, it's NOT rice cakes. Butt, IMHO, BETTER!

I just took another look; man does that plate look good. Are those jalapenos or poblano? Do you par-boil your taters first, or just roast low and slow on the grill? Thanks Jimbo!

Larger potatoes (I perfer Yukons) I just cut in halves or quarters an grill em too. Yukons grill up fast an are soo tasty
