Fluffing nice score!!! Damn.I'm that guy. It was the only one they had. I think it was just one that was returned or a special order that was not picked up by the customer. Last time I saw a WSM at HD was last fall when the got rid of all of them for $46 & $54 each. Maybe it was one of last years that was tucked away in a corner somewhere. Who knows.

from info I've gathered, doesn't look like there will ever be a sale as Weber is trying to weed out the discounted resellers. They feel the brand has been cheapened and are trying to repair it. Sounds like the Harley Davidson plan. Pretty soon were only going to be able to buy them from boutique weber stores lol
For whatever it's worth, there is store local to me outside Worcester, MA, that has great deals on Weber products year-round. Stopped by yesterday after a 22.5" WSM in the window caught my eye. Price was $329 new, date code AU. I bought a new 22.5 OTG there this spring for $125. And this is their everyday pricing. They even haggle on prices if you ask!
The name of the store is Whitco, and it's in Spencer, MA. The store is a dump, and the website is awful, but they are cheap. Tons of Spirit and Genesis models too. Might be worth a call or trip if you are somewhat local to central MA.
