I’m not sure if I over cooked or under cooked the pork belly - I threw it back in the oven for an hr and already ate dinner so I’ll try it tomorrow. The cuts here were tough so I’m assuming undercooked. Ribs fell in half when I did the bend test, so I pulled them, but they could have used a little more time - it just happened that the one spot was done. Everything at least came out looking good.
