Hello all,
I have been meaning to sign up on the forum since I've been following it for a few months now. Was not happy with the results of my BBQing on my little Broil king (both from needing to improve my grilling technique and the fact my grill didn't get hot enough to sear).
Just by fluke I decided to take a peek on Kijiji a week ago and found a 2 year old Weber S-310/NG for $200. The owner hadn't used it in a year and couldn't get it to start so he used it as an excuse to buy a larger one. A quick few blasts from my Air compressor, and whatever was blocking the gas flow was dislodged and now I have a great grill. First thing I cooked was a Beer can chicken, always wanted to try it. Of course now that I've been bitten by the bug I am looking at getting a Smokey Joe or a One Touch to compliment it.
Anyhow I'm glad to be a part of such a fantastic community that is providing such a wealth of information in all things Weber & BBQ.
