Just wanted to stop in and say hello. My wife just informed me that my new 18.5" Smokey Mountain is sitting on the doorstep, and I cant wait to get home and fire it up! I have been experimenting with smoking on my weber kettle grill, and I purchased a Brinkman and got some descent results, but far to much baby sitting. But I wanted to start with a cheapy just to get my feet wet, and it served its purpose, but this year I feel I have graduated the beginner class and felt that it was time to get what I really wanted, and now its here. I have been reading a lot of this sites tips, tricks, mods and recipes, and think its a great site, and cant wait to contribute!
