hello everyone i'm just new to this board and thought i'd pop in and say hi . i picked up my WSM last Sept and have had some great fun with it . not use to the burn times and temp controls that you can get with this cooker compared with my old ecb . anyway i'll be checking in often . reg

morning Jim and happy new year to you and your family . what a difference using the WSM with the long burn times and heat control . i have pretty well cooked everything on it and i'm real happy with the results so far even in this cold and windy weather . thanks for the welcome and i'll talk to you later . reg
