New York Strip and Eggplant

Tonight I fired up the blue webber otg and grilled off a ny strip, eggplant and red potatoes. They came out quite tasty! The ny strip was rubbed with my home blend of black pepper, white pepper, habanero pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder. There is a lot going on in that rub but it is really good! Enjoy!

I actually had 4-5 neighbors approach and peer into the grill and ask how much longer until dinner time. I try to drag my grill down there at least once a week. Easy way to meet people and make new friends (and I don't actually feed them haha). I do most of my grillin on my gas grill on my balcony (that over looks the pool) just because it is so much easier.
