Tried almost everywhere in Ft. Myers, could only get a flat.

Final! Tasted delicious! Everyone loved it. I thought it could have used more bark. This was my first time using water in the pan, I'll chalk it up to that.
 
Oh and...7lbs before I trimmed, KBB charcoal, hickory chunks, paper wrapped 2/3 the way, and about 6.5 hrs total. PS: thanks to all on the board and website for all the fantastic tips I get from it!
