Howdy y'all!!

Just got my brand spanking new WSM (that I got for my b-day!!) assembled and I'm about ready to do my first batch of ribs (Decided to try the BRITU recipe) on my new smoker. This web-site was what swayed me to go for the WSM. I had an ECB and turned out some great ribs, but I never had the courage to try a pork butt or brisket. Now I'm looking forward to it!!! I'll let y'all know how the ribs turn out. Cheers!!
