Just got my WSM. Had to drive 75 miles to get it and got stuck in the worst traffic ever getting back. Today I cooked the BRITU and it was worth all of the hassles to get it. For the first try they were fantastic. I can only dream of what will come out of my WSM when I really know what I'm doing. Temp control was like using my kitchen stove.
