Hey guys. new WSM owner 18.5 here. Quick question, wanna do a nice size cook. Question is, middle rack iam going to do a pork butt, top rack going to some chicken legs and 2 racks of ribs. Is it ok for all the juices to drip down on the pork butt, or will that hinder a nice bark from forming on it?
