Added a Weber Slate to the arsenal. Can't tell a lie, it's a ton of fun to cook on.
Cooked a few sausages as a test run after seasoning it and then Shrimp & Steak Fajitas for dinner. All thumbs up from the family!!

I had squelched the desire for a griddle for a long time, mainly due to rust concerns. I live on the bay and pretty much everything will rust if it sits still long enough. I weekend of cooking on a Blackstone with family, and the rust resistant griddle on the Weber were enough to push me over the top. Weber suggests no seasoning is needed, but after a good wash down I did the seasoning process anyway.
