Great web site and forum. Decided to take a plunge into the world of smokers with a 18" Weber Smokey Mountain and got through two chickens at separate times. First chicken had way too much smoke; tasted like I was eating more smoke than chicken but second one was perfect. Onto baby back ribs this weekend!
