Rich, well I did break it in but not the way I would have liked. 2racks of BB's and a 8# roaster.I want to get a good butt cook going in it to break it in right.

Yeah, a butt sounds good. I think you'll enjoy that smoke! It's really kind of relaxing with a WSM and with a nice drink you can just while away a day...
