LP only. No NG option available. The wood option is on a higher end model, and above my price point and needs. So this one wins. 16” opening for pies. Up to 950° internal temp.

Looks like a pretty cool unit...........
I would highly recommend left over flank steak chopped and a hot pepper combo.

We really came to love assorted and fresh summer veggies on top from our Rome trip. We’ll be mixing up a bunch of pies, I’m sure, as this experiment gets rolling.
