New Toy - 2009 Performer

My very sweet and loving wife bought me a new Preformer last weekend. I chose the 2009 model because I like the removable thermometer for some unknown reason.

My local Ace store had both model years in all colors. I already have a blue 18.5" with side table, so I decided to get another blue one to keep it company

I have the same one, only in the "Crate and Barrel Green"...Love it.

I also, for some unknown reason, like the thermometer on the 2009 better than the 2010 model.

Congratulations Bill! She's a beauty...I mean your wife. What A great gal! The Performer is a beauty as well.
I too have a beauty, and she bought me a 2009 Blue Performer just a couple of weeks ago. Its still in the box in storage waiting for our new house sale to close. Meanwhile I'm stuck in this apartment just dreaming of the day in May when I can fire it up.
I also chose the 2009 over the 2010 as well because of the angle of the thermometer, the beautiful stainless steel and the black frame. Its a classic.
