Hi my name is Kevin I live in the high desert mountains of Southern California. My wife surprised me with a new 22.5 WSM for a fathers day gift that just arrived last Wednesday, seasoned it on Friday, and smoked 2 Costco boneless pork shoulders an 3 racks of ribs on Sunday. I look forward to learning the in's and out's of smoker on aWSM.
