Hello all, I recently ordered a WSM 18.5 and i'm currently awaiting its arrival in 4 days. I have been using an offset smoker and small Weber kettle for years and was floored reading about how consistant tempurature can be on this smoker. (is it normal to be giddy thinking about it?)

Anyway I have a long standing tradition with my dad and we basically photo everytime we Q and we send it to each other. These are a few pictures From a few months ago.

This was a meatloaf I made on my offset smoker

Here is some easy Q I did for a football game some family members came over for.

Im excited my estimated delivery date for my WSM just got moved up to today! i found good deal on the 18.5 was almost $40 cheaper than amazon and its only taking 2 days to get here. BBQ gods are wanting me to cook this weekend me thinks. I have 2 whole chickens and a pork loin roast just waiting to get smoked
