Eric, tell me about the creamed spinach? Have you got a good recipe?? I fell in love with it at Sullivan's Steak House in Austin, TX and haven't been able to find a good recipe for one.

Also, those little steaks look great ;)
 
Sorry Stuart, I cheated on the spinach, bought it where I got the steaks. The Meat House, I too have yet to find a solid creamed spinach recipe.
