You are going to enjoy that, Kemper! One tip.....when (if) you remove the gasket on the plunger for cleaning, make sure you pay attention to how it's oriented. Typically, these have a bit of a U shape to them, and you want that facing down into the stuffer, otherwise you'll get a lot of mix that oozes past (ask me how I know....)
